BizPilot — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the BizPilot mobile app provided by LogicStack ("we", "us"). By downloading or using BizPilot, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

BizPilot is a business-management tool that helps you record inventory, sales, customers, suppliers, employees, expenses, and reports, and — where you enable it — accept card payments through Stripe. The app is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your data and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
You are responsible for complying with the tax, employment, consumer, and business laws that apply to you and your business.
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. You are responsible for keeping your own backups where required.

4. Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms. When you enable card payments, you onboard your own Stripe connected account; funds settle to that account. You are the merchant of record for your sales. LogicStack does not hold your funds and charges no platform fee on your transactions. You are responsible for any Stripe fees, chargebacks, refunds, and applicable regulations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizPilot is provided without warranties of any kind. LogicStack is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profit, or business arising from your use of the app.

7. Termination

You may stop using BizPilot and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete account, or via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
