Delete your BizPilot account

You can permanently delete your BizPilot account and all of the data associated with it. There are two ways to do this.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (immediate)

  1. Open BizPilot and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap Delete account in the account section.
  4. Confirm. Your account and cloud data are permanently deleted.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we will delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in account (email / Google login)
  • All cloud data under your account: businesses, products, inventory, customers, suppliers, employees, sales, quotes, expenses, appointments, and reports
  • Local app data on your device
  • Transaction records held by our payment processor Stripe, which Stripe keeps as required by financial and tax law (independent of BizPilot)

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Export any data you want to keep (Settings → Export) before deleting.
