Help with BabyCue on iPhone, iPad and Android.
Contact us
Email kernelkrafttech@gmail.com. We read every message and usually reply within 2 business days.
To help us help you, please include your device (for example iPhone 15 or Pixel 8), the app version (More > About), and what happened. Please don't send your password or payment details.
Account and sign-in
- Using BabyCue as a guest? Create an account from the banner on Today to keep your data safe. Your entries move to the new account untouched. Guest data can't be recovered after uninstalling or signing out.
- Forgot your password? On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and follow the email link.
- Delete your account: in the app, go to More > Delete account. This removes your account and the data you own. If you can't open the app, email us from your account's address and we'll do it for you.
Sharing with caregivers
- Invite a partner or caregiver from More > Caregivers > Invite a caregiver. Share the link or the code.
- The person you invite installs BabyCue, signs in, and enters the code (More > Caregivers > Enter an invite code) or opens your link.
- The owner can change roles or remove a caregiver at any time.
Reminders and notifications
- iPhone: Settings > Notifications > BabyCue > Allow Notifications.
- Android: Settings > Apps > BabyCue > Notifications. If reminders arrive late, turn off battery optimisation for BabyCue (Settings > Apps > BabyCue > Battery > Unrestricted).
- Check the quiet hours you set in the app's reminder settings.
Home-screen widgets
- iPhone: touch and hold the Home Screen, tap + (or Edit > Add Widget), search for BabyCue and pick Today or Quick Log.
- Android: touch and hold the home screen, tap Widgets, find BabyCue and drag one onto your screen.
- If a widget looks out of date, open BabyCue once to refresh it.
Sync and offline use
BabyCue works offline and syncs when you're back online. The sync chip at the top of the app shows the status. If entries don't appear on another caregiver's phone, make sure both phones are online and signed in to accounts that share the same baby.
Medical questions
BabyCue can't give medical advice. For questions about your baby's health, feeding or sleep, talk to your pediatrician or health visitor. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
