This Privacy Policy explains how Easy Controls Car Game ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.
We collect no personal information ourselves. The App has no user accounts, no login or sign-in, and never asks you for your name, email, phone number or location. We operate no servers and use no analytics.
The App does show adverts, and our advertising partner collects data in order to serve them. See section 4 for exactly what that covers and how to limit it.

This information is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to us or any third party. It is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
The App includes an optional local multiplayer mode that works over your local Wi-Fi network. When you play multiplayer, a display name you choose and your in-game score are shared directly with other players on the same local network so the App can show a shared leaderboard during the match.
The App requests Internet/network access on your device solely to enable this local Wi-Fi multiplayer feature.
The App shows adverts supplied by Google AdMob (Google LLC). There are two kinds, and neither one interrupts play at random:
To serve and measure those adverts, AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier, IP address, device and operating-system details, and information about advert interactions. That data is collected by Google under its own privacy policy, not by us, and we never receive it in a form that identifies you.
Your choices. Android and iOS both let you reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalised advertising, in the device's own privacy settings. If you are in the EU, the UK or Switzerland, the App asks for your consent before requesting its first advert, and you can change that answer at any time from the game's Settings screen.
The App also offers a one-off purchase, Skip the Ads. With it, no adverts are ever requested or shown — every bonus that a video would have paid is granted instantly instead.
The App integrates two third-party services, and no others — no analytics, no social networks, no cloud storage:
The App is intended for players aged 13 and older, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children. Adverts are requested with Google's child-directed and under-age-of-consent settings applied where the store listing or your declared age requires them, which restricts them to non-personalised advertising.
We hold no personal data of yours on any server, so there is none for us to lose. Locally stored game data stays under your control on your own device. Data collected by Google for advertising and payments is held and protected by Google under its own policies.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
