Privacy Policy for Bhabhi Card Game

Last updated: 2 September 2026

Logicstack LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Bhabhi Card Game mobile application (the "App") for iOS and Android. This page is both the App's Privacy Policy and its account deletion instructions: it explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and how to delete it and the account it is attached to.

Here to delete your account? Go straight to Account and Data Deletion.

The short version. Bhabhi has no sign-up. You never give us your name, email address, or phone number. The App creates an anonymous ID the first time it saves anything to our servers — which happens in single-player too — so your progress is kept and online matches work. That ID belongs to one installation: it does not carry your progress to another device. If you allow it, the App also sends reminders that your own device schedules; nothing about them is sent to us. You can delete your account and game data from inside the App at any time: Settings → Account → Delete my account and data (full details).

Information We Collect

Anonymous Account ID

The App creates an anonymous account through Firebase Authentication the first time it needs to save your progress to our servers. That can happen without ever playing online — for example when you win or spend coins in a game against the computer, claim a daily quest, collect free coins or a rewarded-ad bonus, play an arcade mini-game, or open the leaderboard. This is a random identifier. There is no sign-in screen, and the identifier is not linked to your Apple ID, Google account, email address, or phone number. We cannot use it to identify you personally.

Your Player Name and Public Profile

The name and avatar you choose are shown to other players at online tables and on the public leaderboard, next to your level and XP, your coin balance, your online rating and your number of wins. Please choose a name you are comfortable showing publicly. Names are screened automatically, and you can report an offensive name at kernelkrafttech@gmail.com.

Your profile is held in a shared database, and the rest of what it holds — achievements, quests, campaign progress, avatars and table designs you own, and play statistics such as when you last played and which days you opened the App — can also be read by other people using the App. None of it contains your real name, email address, or any other contact detail, and nothing in it identifies you beyond what you put in your player name. Please do not put anything private in the name you choose.

Game Progress

Coins, XP and level, online rating, achievements, quests, match results and game statistics, stored against your anonymous ID so that online matches, matchmaking and the leaderboard work and so your progress is kept between sessions. Some of it is visible to other players; see Your Player Name and Public Profile above. Because there is no sign-in, the anonymous ID belongs to a single installation: your progress does not transfer to another device, and it may be lost if you uninstall the App.

Feedback You Choose to Send

If you submit a note through the rating prompt, we store its text along with your anonymous ID and the platform you sent it from. Please do not include personal details in it. These notes are kept separately from your game data; see Account and Data Deletion for how to have them removed.

Standard Technical Data

Google Firebase logs ordinary service data, such as IP address, timestamps, and device and operating system type, when the App communicates with our servers. Firebase processes this on our behalf.

Separately, the App downloads its typefaces from Google's font service (fonts.gstatic.com) the first time it runs after installation, and caches them on your device for later launches. Like any web request, that download tells Google the device's IP address and basic request details. It happens as the first screen is drawn, so it takes place before the advertising consent form described below. Google is the controller of that data and handles it under the Google Privacy Policy. No account, player name, or game data is sent with it.

We do not collect your real name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data. The App has no chat feature.

Advertising

Bhabhi shows Google AdMob advertisements on both iOS and Android. Most are advertisements you choose to watch in exchange for in-game coins; a short one may also appear between games. Advertisements are never required in order to play. Google's handling of that data is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

On iOS: we do not ask for tracking permission, and we never use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA). Because we never request it, the advertisements you see are based on the app you are using rather than on a profile of you, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

On Android: AdMob may use an advertising identifier to limit repeat ads, measure performance, and, depending on your settings and region, personalise advertising.

Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland are shown Google's consent form before any advertisement loads, and we honour that answer. You can change it at any time from Settings → Ad privacy options.

Purchases

Bhabhi has no in-app purchases. All coins are earned by playing. No real money changes hands anywhere in the App, and we never see or store payment information.

Notifications and Reminders

After your first finished game, the App asks your device for permission to send notifications. If you allow it, the App schedules up to two reminders when you leave the App — for example that your daily streak is about to lapse, that fresh daily quests are available, or that a saved game is waiting for you. If you decline, no reminders are sent and you are not asked again.

These reminders are created and scheduled entirely on your device. Their wording is chosen there from information already described above — your login streak and whether you have a game in progress. There is no push server: nothing about them is sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot tell whether one was shown. Pending reminders are cancelled as soon as you open the App again, and on Android they are re-registered after a device restart.

There is no reminder switch inside the App. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings (iOS: Settings → Notifications → Bhabhi; Android: Settings → Apps → Bhabhi → Notifications), and turning them off changes nothing about the game.

How We Use Your Information

What We Never Do

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with data brokers. We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we build no advertising profile of our own about anyone.

The one thing we cannot claim on your behalf is what Google does with an Android advertising ID once advertising is personalised — that is between you and Google, and your device settings control it. On iOS the question does not arise: we never ask for the identifier that would make it possible.

Third-Party Services

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers and on your own device, and may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect it. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Account and Data Deletion

Delete it yourself, from inside the App. Open Settings → Account → Delete my account and data. Deletion runs immediately on both iOS and Android. You do not need to email us, and there is nothing to wait for.

How long we keep your data

We keep your data until you delete it. Inactive anonymous accounts may be removed after an extended period of inactivity.

There is no sign-in, so there is nothing to identify

Bhabhi has no sign-up and no login. You never give us a name, email address, or phone number. The App creates an anonymous identifier for itself so your progress can be saved and online matches can work, and that identifier is what the in-app deletion removes. Because accounts are anonymous, we generally cannot find your data from an email address alone — the in-app deletion is the reliable route, and the only one that works instantly.

What the in-app deletion removes

This cannot be undone. If that last step — removing the anonymous account record itself — cannot complete, the App signs the session out instead, and the leftover record is removed by the inactivity clean-up described above. It holds none of the data listed here.

What the in-app deletion does not reach

An online table keeps its own copy of the name, avatar and rating of everyone seated at it. That copy goes when the table closes, which normally happens as soon as the last player leaves, but a table everyone quit by force-closing the App can be left behind holding it. Such a table is never shown on the leaderboard, and once your account is deleted it is no longer connected to you.

Feedback notes you chose to send through the rating prompt are stored separately and are not always removed by the in-app deletion.

For either of these, email kernelkrafttech@gmail.com with the subject line Bhabhi Account Deletion Request and we will delete them. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information — we never need them.

What we may keep

We may retain limited records where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or legitimate business records. Anything retained is kept only for as long as necessary for those purposes.

Advertising data handled by third-party ad providers, such as Google AdMob, is controlled by those providers under their own policies. You can review Google's controls at Google's Privacy Policy. On Android you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Settings → Privacy → Ads. On iOS the App never requests the Advertising Identifier at all.

Removing the App's data from your device

Data stored only on your device is removed when you delete the App:

Uninstalling on its own does not delete what is stored on our servers. Use the in-app deletion first if you want everything gone.

Emailed requests

In-app deletion is immediate. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing kernelkrafttech@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 30 days, and we may contact you if we need more information to locate the data.

Children's Privacy and Age

The App is intended for adults. It carries a 17+ content rating because it includes simulated gambling — a slot machine, a spin wheel, a scratch card, and coin wagering on ordinary rounds. No real money is involved anywhere: all coins are earned in-game and there are no in-app purchases.

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. We also do not knowingly permit use by anyone below the age of digital consent where they live — that is 13 to 16 depending on the European Economic Area member state, and 13 in the United Kingdom. Our advertising provider is configured on the basis that users are at or above that age, consistent with the App's 17+ rating.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at kernelkrafttech@gmail.com and we will delete it.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, delete, or object to the processing of your data. The in-app deletion exercises the deletion right immediately. For anything else, contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be announced in the App.
