This Privacy Policy explains how LogicStack ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile application Meet Me in the Middle (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about the data the App does and does not use.

The App is free and supported by advertising. It displays ads (including full-screen interstitial ads and optional rewarded ads) through Google AdMob. To serve these ads, Google and its advertising partners collect and process certain data as described below.

1. Information We Collect

Meet Me in the Middle does not require you to create an account and does not ask you to provide personal information such as your name, email address, or phone number.

The App may involve the following data:

• Game progress and settings. Your progress, scores, and preferences are stored locally on your device so the App can save your game. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• Advertising data (via Google AdMob). To show ads, Google AdMob and its partners may collect and share:
  • your device's advertising identifier (Advertising ID) and similar device identifiers;
  • approximate location (for example, derived from your IP address);
  • app activity, such as your interactions with ads; and
  • device and diagnostic information, such as device type, operating system, and crash or performance data.
  This data is transmitted off your device and shared with Google and advertisers to serve and measure ads, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud, and (where permitted) show personalized ads.
• Device and diagnostic data. Standard mobile platforms (such as Google Play services) may automatically collect technical information such as device type, operating system version, and crash or performance logs. This is used to keep the App stable and is governed by Google's privacy policies.

2. How We Use Information

Information processed through the App is used to:

• Provide and maintain core game functionality;
• Save and restore your in-game progress and settings;
• Display and measure advertising, including limiting how often you see the same ad and preventing fraud and abuse;
• Diagnose crashes and improve stability and performance.

We ourselves do not sell your personal information. Advertising data is handled by Google AdMob and its partners under their own policies; depending on your region and consent choices, ads may be personalized based on this data.

3. Third-Party Services

The App is distributed through the Google Play Store and relies on third-party services that collect and process data in accordance with their own privacy policies:

4. Advertising & Your Choices

The App shows ads via Google AdMob. You can control how this data is used:

• Reset or delete your Advertising ID. On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads (or Google → Ads) to reset your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization.
• Consent (EEA, UK, and Switzerland). Where required, the App presents a consent prompt before serving personalized ads, using Google's User Messaging Platform. You may change or withdraw your consent at any time.
• Non-personalized ads. If you do not consent to personalized ads, ads may still be shown on a non-personalized basis.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App displays third-party advertising, we ask that it not be used by children in a manner that would require child-directed treatment under applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Game progress and settings are stored locally on your device. You can delete this data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings or by uninstalling the App. Advertising identifiers are controlled through your device settings as described above; data held by Google AdMob is retained and deleted in accordance with Google's policies.

7. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect any information the App handles, and data transmitted for advertising is sent over encrypted connections. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
